Ok- you’re already a badass, but through working together you will SEE IT and LIVE IT. Let me help you tap into not only your physical strength, but your inner strength. We will do this by setting and crushing goals, becoming stronger in and out of the gym, properly fueling your body, and improving your mentality.

Big Buck history lesson

I strive to carry on the legacy of my late Uncle Tommy. He was a man of faith, love, and integrity. He cared deeply for those he served. He was a part of the Stand Strength Team where he helped to motivate thousands of people to make better choices through feats of strength. I still remember watching him perform at my high school and at my church thinking to myself “I am so proud to be his niece. I hope to be like him someday.” My uncle sadly passed away suddenly in 2009 so I am here to carry on his strength and continue helping others make positive changes in their lives.
